قلعه صلصال
نزاع میراث فرهنگی و شهرداری لیسار برای اثری تاریخی
طاها عبداللهی: شهرداری قراردادی با سازمان مدیریت و برنامه ریزی امضا کرده و متعهد شده تا در قلعه صلصال ساخت ورودی، محوطه سازی، پله دسترسی، ایجاد پارکینگ، سرویسهای بهداشتی، تعیین تکلیف و ساماندهی زمینهای اطراف و جلوگیری از ساخت و ساز در حریم بنا را انجام دهد که به وظیفه خود در قرارداد عمل نکرده است. اعتبار این طرح در قالب اوراق خزانه به شهرداری لیسار واگذار شده اما به جز ساخت پله هنوز کاری انجام نشده و ۲۰۰ میلیون تومان از قرارداد پیمانکار را پرداخت نکردهاند.
با کسر بدهکاری ۲۰۰ میلیون تومانی اجرای پله نسبت به پیمانکار، شهردار لیسار هنوز جزییات دقیقی درباره ۴۰۰ میلیون باقیمانده، هزینه خرید مصالح و سایر موارد بیان نکرده است. این در حالی است که بخشی از گیاه زدایی و پاک تراشی را هم مردم با کمک داوطلبانه انجام دادهاند. با اینکه پروژه قلعه صلصال تالش نیمه کاره است، مردم از این اثر تاریخی بیشتر از گذشته استقبال میکنند. ساخت راه پله و حضور بی ضابطه مردم آسیبهایی نیز داشته و آتش افروزی برای پخت و پز کباب و قلیان کشی در کنار یادگاری نویسی و فشار بر قسمتهای فرسوده موجب فرسایش بیشتر سازه شده است.

At the same time, part of the vegetation and pruning have been done by the people with the help of volunteers. Although the Salsal Qaleh project is a half-finished endeavor, people welcome this monument more than ever. The construction of the stairs and the unregulated presence of the people have also caused damage, and the lighting of fire for cooking kebabs and hookah smoking, along with writing memorabilia and putting pressure on the worn parts, has caused more erosion of the structure
